85gr. fresh ginger
10 moringa leaves
1tsp. honey (per taste)
4 cups water
Wash the ginger root thoroughly and cut it into small pieces after that add the ginger to the water and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes before taking it off the heat.
Then add the moringa leaves and cover it again, leaving it aside for 5 minutes. When it cools strain the remedy and adds a drizzle of honey if you like. Drink this natural remedy twice a day, in the morning and in the evening before you go to bed.
