Talon Esports Names dtac the Main Partner of Arena of Valor Team – The Esports Observer

Hong Kong-based esports organization Talon Esports signed a deal Wednesday with Thailand-based telecommunications company dtac. Through this new deal, dtac will serve as the main partner for the organization Arena of Valor team for the remainder of 2021. Talon’s Arena of Valor the reigning RoV Pro League champions.  
Financial terms were not disclosed. 
Under the terms of this new partnership, Talon’s RoV team will be rebranded as dtac Talon in all 2021 competitions. In addition, dtac’s brand will feature on the front of the team’s new player jersey and will be included in the team’s content. 
Earlier this month, Talon signed a partnership with B2B digital media licensing platform ESPAT. In October, Talon completed a $2M USD seed financing round led by the Korean Hana Digital Transformation Fund.
