EASY WORKOUTS WITH NO EQUIPMENT TO DO AT HOME

If you want to find out a full-body workout where you can use your body weight to tone up, then this video is for you. I show you how to get rid of fat and build some muscle for the summer.
If you’re too busy, you can try some simple exercising tricks while you’re doing some housework. For example, do the squats while you’re wiping the dishes.
You can also do the side scissors to strengthen your thighs while you’re watching a movie on the couch.
You can do the side dibs to tone your abs and strengthen your core while you’re cooking – using a pair of cans.
Another useful exercise to try on your couch is the bicycle crunches that will help you get a flat stomach.
