Lady Gaga is global megastar, with Grammy awards for her singing and an Oscar for her acting.
But according to Allure Magazine, the business tycoon is also an athlete.
For evidence of her athleticism, just look at what she does after each Las Vegas performance.
Gaga took to Instagram with a snippet of the recovery process she has to go through after each performance.
“Post show routine: ice bath for 5-10 min, hot bath for 20, then compression suit packed with ice packs for 20.”
Physical therapist Lee Hanses says each step of the procedure plays a role.
He says contrast baths reduce inflammation, delay muscle soreness, and decrease fatigue and pain levels.
Although it may sound uncomfortable, the process will ultimately help Lady Gaga feel better fast!
