Do you care about what you eat? We live in a day and age where everyone seems so concerned about what they put in their body. We’ve all heard time and time again that we are what we eat. But does anyone truly know what’s healthy or unhealthy anymore? There are some “healthy” foods out there that are more like junk food in disguise. And there are also some foods that have been undeservingly branded as “unhealthy.” We’re going to talk to you about the latter in this video. Foods that you probably subconsciously stay away from because health magazines and TV doctors told you to. If you’ve been avoiding things like peanut butter, beer, cow’s milk, egg yolks, and canned beans, then you’re going to want to listen to what we have to say.
